Pozole

Traditional hearty tomato based stew where hominy (specially treated and dried maize kernels with a fluffy yet chewy texture) is the star. Served with cabbage, cilantro and sour cream. Easily feeds 8 people.  18

Fry Bread (Navajo) Tacos  (Bean & Cheese, Chicken, Pork)

A dish dear to my heart. My siblings and I would look forward to the Arizona State Fair in October where we would be treated to Fry Bread freshly made at the Navajo taco stand. 

Flour based dough, flattened, deep fried and stuffed with your choice of filling. Tray of 6.

Tamales (green chili, chili cheese, pork)

During the Holidays tamales are worth their weight in gold. A perfect package of ground corn flour (masa) and your choice of fillings, wrapped in parchment and steamed until tender. Served with your choice of sauces.

Juicy corn smothered in a creamy mixture with lime and homemade queso fresco (fresh cheese).
